Good day - I am new to these blogs... but I found yours interesting. I grew up in Eastwood - Attended Lantrip - Jackson and Austin. I moved away after high school adn live in Cypress, believe me crime is everywhere! My childhood home is on Polk St and I want to sell it - ( thats how I found your post ) anyway I appreciate your take on the neighborhood. it has alot of good still there.. have a great day

Sorry ive been busy with a wedding and a closing on a new home..but im off tomorrow and will have time to take pics..

But more and more replies are coming in that show what ive been saying isnt far off from the truth..So any potential buyers take it all in..the good and the bad...good investment for a profit or to live in but not until maybe 5-10 years...
