Why does this **** matter to people? The original four teams of the NHL were all Canadian, anyway.
wow... everybody here knows hockey got started in canada first, but there was no major league. then the NHL came along and started with the six teams... i dont care which team goes to the finals, but because it is so rare, it would be very exciting to see an original six team matchup for the finals. with or without the wings.

Well, Florida schooled us tonight. This may be a good thing for us, we need some kind of wake-up call, first time we've been shut-out this season, better now than later when things get real testy. I hope we crush the Blue Jackets Saturday night.
what the HELLL!! Buffalo's tied with Florida for 8th. We gotta win tonite against the Sharks, or we are in big trouble. BAd enough VAnek's out for 3 to 4 weeks. Now our offense has to start working. Especially Hecht and Pominville. The Sabres can't blow 2 years in a row of playoffs.
