One down fifteen to go!
Our father who art in Vancouver, hockey be thy name. Thy will be done. The Cup will be won. On the ice, as well as in the stands. Give us this day our hockey sticks, and forgive us our penalties, as we forgive those who cross-check against us. And lead us not into elimination, but deliver us to victory. In the name of the fans, Lord Stanley, and in the name of the Canucks. Amen!

Dern it Canes, I tried to rep you

Anyway, you are correct sir. Caps were pretty flat in the game itself and if Ovechkin didn't score then I am sure the Rangers would have hung on to win.

Caps were more aggressive in OT and Jason Arnott is becoming the best pickup the Caps got this year by knocking down the Staal clearing attempt and passing it to Semin. That was a h*ll of a shot.

Well the Lightning didn't strike like I thought they would in Game 1.

Watch 'em win the next game 6-1 or something.

Key to series: Can Sabres match Flyers intensity?
Prediction: Flyers in 5
apparently they can. unbelievable. i'm a little scared for the flyers. we need pronger back, pronto

The crowd looked like it wanted blood by the end of the game last night, and not the Sabres' blood, either.

I am walking around singing that very song right now.
It REALLY IS the most exciting playoffs scenario in all of sports!
I love it, and I love this time of year because of it!!
Just think, in as few as 6 days from now, the attrition will begin, as teams will begin dropping like flies.
After all this action culminates, . . . my only concern is June, . . . when there will only be boring sport options.

I don't usually watch Boston, but last night they looked awful. It didn't look to me like they had much of a system. They missed out on so many opportunities because of it. They're not going to win playing like that. Probably just one bad game, but it was really bad.
