I think RadioShack has left the Augusta Street submarket for good. RadioShack #1798 was not listed on the list of stores that closed. ("RadioShack Store Closure List." Radio Shack 2015-02-04.) Why bother relocating if the new store would close instantly?
Ate at the new Tijuana Flats on Haywood last night - great atmosphere and service - but the food was very underwhelming - TF's has a "sauce" bar but not salsa bar - weird - Chipotle's food is better (esp their bowls). BTW, went to TF's because Chipotle was out of guacamole (at 6pm on a Friday night!)
Does anybody know whats being built out in front of the walmart neighborhood market on hwy 14. It looks like a foot print for something fast food.
PapaJohns next door is moving there if we're thinking the same space. That parking lot has been a nightmare for years because that franchise is slammed.
New Papas and Beer sign going up at the old Pop's location in Simpsonville. Work on this new location has seemed sporadic.
