So nice bro...wats up...It's really true...but we have ainformation abt on...is it true or not...
1. Less strain on resources of criminal justice system. (ie. prisons, courts, law enforcement agencies) It currently costs 43,000 a year to incarcerate a person. It seems a little silly to pay this for somebody arrested for possesion of marijuana. These resources in turn could be used to combat more important issues. Violent crime comes to mind. Not to mention to a large extent this exposes a lot of non violent productive people to a "hard" criminal element and lifestyle as well as the ramifications of a felony conviction.
2. To keep kids off drugs. This is twofold. First if sold through traditional means marijuana would be harder for minors to acquire. (It's currently harder for a minor to get alcohol or cigarettes than pot. Second, minors would less likely to be exposed to other drugs as a result of not going to ilicit dealers that often sell a variety of much more harmful substances(ie. meth ,cocaine etc.)
3. Tax revenues generated. These could be put into our schools as well as drug prevention programs.
4. The environment. The fiber from the hemp plant is extremely well suited for making paper and cloth. This would eliminate the need for a lot of trees being cut. When grown it is very hearty and can be grown with little or no pesticides, further increasing its environmental impact. The seeds are also very energy rich with oils.feminized seeds

I don't think that's true at all. It's not that they think they are flying down the road. It's that they are looking at the scenery or thinking about something else, until all of a sudden they get that jolt that says, "Oh crap! I'm driving!" that makes them pay attention again for a little while.
You know this how? I imagine its unfounded speculation.
On the other hand its a fact that a couple thousand times a year people drink & drive and people die. If the same were true with Marijuana it would be common public knowledge, but it doesn't.
The only reason I can think of that weed should not be legalized is that it might turn a dime bag into a $100 rip off! :/
You must be kidding. Pot is MUCH easier to grow than tobacco. Even if they taxed it to the point that a pack of pot cigs cost $20 it would be much less expensive than buying it on the black market. It can be grown just about anywhere by just about anybody. The only place the cost would go with legalization is down.
Yeah..here's a reason: picture this: you're on the operating table and just about to go nighty-night from the anethetic and your surgeon approaches the table with scalpel in hand, and riiiight as you're falling asleep you detect that ever-so-faint, sweet smell of marijuana on him.
How wouldja be diggin' that legalized pot law then?

While I'm not a pot smoker... I don't believe it should be illegal......
That same argument could be applied to alcohol or abuse of prescription meds.....BTW
I just know the people who are against pot have never even tryed pot before. The only thing pot does to people is make them smile and be happy and relaxed. That's all.

But whiskey breath would be ok? Its easy to think up scenarios, but the fact is almost each facet of our lives depends on personal responsibility. A person who would smoke pot before operating on another person wouldn't end up being a surgeon any more than a person sucking down a pint of Southern Comfort before an operation would. If thats the best you can do you should keep quiet.

No one is supporting using marijuana irresponsibly.
Just like people are expected to drink at certain times and places, the same would be true with marijuana.
