Here we are in Mid January and I am thinking about the garden...
Instead of taking core samples of a snowpack, I'm doing soil tests..
Some of you get bored of these threads but I use it as a diary to look back on so I will try to keep it going for 2023.
I am doing soil tests from Front Lawn, Back Lawn and 1 of the Garden Beds..
Decided to do a test. Sending a front lawn sample to 2 different sources. One place is free (CT Agricultural Station), the other charges $15 (UConn Lab). Im curious if there will be a difference. Sample taken from same spot.
I don't think ANYONE ever gets bored of your garden threads! I was so happy to happen upon this one, LOL! Looking forward to your adventures in gardening.
And Threerun, I'd love seeing another one from you too!
Are you doing the full magilla this summer? Back is feeling good?
Yes, thankfully my back is good now so I may go all out this year in my limited space. Lol. I just added a HotTub so that took a huge chunk of my garden space.

Can't wait. When we moved we left our hot tub. Such a relaxing thing especially if you have tired muscles.

Well half of ours this year will be in cover crop so that would be boring, lol.
