We've been happy with them, and their customer service is excellent.

Hubby is cooking for LNY. We're having longevity noodles with chicken, mushrooms, and cabbage, scallion pancakes, wings, and sushi, just because.

Have you ever had Noodles with Cabbage (Haluska)? It's Eastern European. You can make it with or without bacon. We just had it for our rainy Sunday mid-day meal. Very hearty and satisfying.

This is a good recipe: https://www.all-thats-jas.com/noodle...bacon-haluski/

A hunk of leftover rare roast beef from Christmas week, in a big tossed salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Maybe I’ll toss a few French fries on top, or make some buttery croutons.

I’m wondering how you will feel after a few weeks. For me, there was so much more chopping and prep than I was used to that I bailed after awhile. It seemed that the prep used twice as many pans as was necessary.
