We just started Hello Fresh last week. I am really impressed. I was worried with feeding three boys/men that it would not be enough food. We had leftovers each night!
Tonight we are making mojo pork with black beans and rice and a salad.
We've been happy with them, and their customer service is excellent.

Have you ever had Noodles with Cabbage (Haluska)? It's Eastern European. You can make it with or without bacon. We just had it for our rainy Sunday mid-day meal. Very hearty and satisfying.

I’m wondering how you will feel after a few weeks. For me, there was so much more chopping and prep than I was used to that I bailed after awhile. It seemed that the prep used twice as many pans as was necessary.
A big salad, a bowl of beef vegetable soup I made yesterday and some cornbread muffins.
