I’m making another America’s Test Kitchen inspired dish. DH was in the room when they were making chicken piccata. He doesn’t like capers and we don’t have any so it’s just going to be lemon chicken. Steamed broccoli and some smashed red potatoes on the side.
Yum! I haven't made that for years, that will be happening in the next week.

I found couple of lonely, thick bone-in pork chops in my freezer. I diced them with vegetables and ginger and made a stir fry with a little leftover rice, oyster sauce and hoisin sauce. I think we have some shrimp crackers to eat with it and I made a few spice cupcakes. I have been on a ginger ale kick - it seems like that is all that really satisfies my thirst these day.
Spaghetti with Bolognese sauce & salad. Cabernet Sauvignon to drink.
