Waiting for my girls to pick me up. We are going to Red White and Boom tonight. We will share food and drink from various vendors and enjoy the music and fireworks. Happy 4th y’all!
Grilling up some cheeseburgers. I am feeling lazy so I bought some summer slaw at Big Y (our local grocery store) as a side. Bought a pumpkin pie for dessert too!
Happy Fourth of July! I am off to a parade then a cook out today. They will serve the usual suspects, hamburgers, sausages, steak tips, potato and macaroni salad, etc. I am bringing Greek salad on a stick and a s'mores dip.
If by any chance any of us is hungry when we get home I have hot dogs ready.

Same to you: I wish we could go out and watch the fireworks but mother nature hasn't turned off the shower for more than a few hours for weeks now. We got it again last night and are expecting it again all day. So it looks like today is a watch July fireworks on TV and dinner, well, it isn't a typical 4th, we are having ham and scalloped potatoes and cold slaw.
