Has been very hot here again, so am eating cold food again. Sunday should be cooler and plan to cook something then. Hope everyone is enjoying their Labor Day weekend!

DH is grilling a two inch thick bone in pork chop. New recipe, involves brining, cream cheese, peaches , apples, mustard, apple cider and stuff. Sounds really good. Maybe a potato gratin and salad...
