I don't know if dinner will happen tonight, got some coupons for a BBQ place on a radio auction ($20 value for $8) so we're headed there in a few for lunch. I do have some ricotta to use up so I'm making (close your ears elston) a honey ricotta cheesecake with biscotti crust. Gotta looooove that cheesecake!
I've got a question though, I'm in the mood to make Chocolate Ravioli and am wondering if anyone here has done that and if so any helpful hints? I've got what looks to be a good recipe but as a rank novice at Ravioli a little nervous.
We're going to a Irish Pub (owned by Greeks..go figure). Anyway, our friend's son is a cook there so I'm sure he'll steer our choices to something good.
nomoresnow...Funny, but I also look better after a few Manhattans..I think you're on to something.

Hey guyz......I havent been on much lately.....when on a strict diet....there isnt that much to report. Monotony is good on a diet.
I probably will be a much less frequent visitor here.....I find reading your fantastic meals makes me hungry and gets me preoccupied with FOOD. Like I say de emphasizing food and monotony are a dieters friend.....so see ya around....but hopefully less "round". (I have lost about 14 pounds so far....and its only been about 3 1/2 weeks....but I have many many more to lose....and then need to find a maintanece diet that isnt a resumption of the diet that caused all the trouble in the first place.
