And this is a true story! It was a big laugh, eventually, after her hubby got over the shock and that took quite awhile! Those tomatoes were getting so big and just beautiful..so pretty the kids just had to pick em and that they did. We still laugh over that! I haven't yet tried fried green tomatoes but once I get over my latest failures I might give them a try! Ha!
Mom remember what I told you. You have to have a "silent whatever" moment. When Hub makes a comment I listen but I also respond in my head with this helpful "silent whatever". It is my little pleasure of saying owell without any problems started. Remember cook to please you and then him. He will learn to like what you cook or be on a diet he did not know about ha ha ha Your a very good cook! I say always think outside the box. We all have those mistakes. Look at my broccoli. I served it with a crunch ha ha. I forgot to rinse it after cutting it up oops.
So tonight we have a busy, fun time planned. First it is a buddy of our's 30th bday party, so we will have cocktails and apps before we head to a concert to see a Talking Heads cover band. Should be a great time. Can't wait to dance!
Thank you. Leave it to mischievous me to get it on Halloween. Who would have thought?
