Hehe... It was low-carb night.

I knew that I was having Mexican food for lunch today!

My soft taco shells got a last minute reprieve last night but their number is up for lunch today. As for dinner as of yet I don't have a clue. And then again I can thaw a steak and make tacos tonight. I'll take a nap on this and get back.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

So tonight we have a busy, fun time planned. First it is a buddy of our's 30th bday party, so we will have cocktails and apps before we head to a concert to see a Talking Heads cover band. Should be a great time. Can't wait to dance!

Dinner? Who knows? Probably candy and wine!

HG I just had my Talking Heads CD out this week. That is too funny.

Have fun and Candy and wine sound great.

If any day is a good day to have candy and wine I would say Halloween is that day! Enjoy, and do some dancing for me too! I really miss that! Guess I could dance with the critters??? Hubby dosn't dance and even if he did there is no place near here to go!

Okay my expert friends-Sunday I bought baby back ribs and they're cryovac'd. Just read "sell by" and it's Oct. 27th. I feel they'll be okay til tomorrow-think I'm right or what. Certainly don't want to poison Mr. L.

Speaking of Mr. L his appetite seems to have returned-had a big bowl of oatmeal, lunch was a meatloaf sand and an ice cream sand.

If they don't stink, they should be good. Sell by date should have a few days for added safety to allow for a use by date I would hope.

That's what I thought and I always thought they cryovac protected them longer. We shall see. With all that went on here this week they just sat in fridge.
