That depends on how small. I just like big ones period. I'm not picky as long as they are at least average size. Those super tiny ones do nothing for me. I'm spoiled rotten because every woman on both sides of my family came/comes well equipped.

No...it's just that my sister, aunts, mom, sister in laws, mother in law, grandmas that passed...........everyone has !!!
Don't want the jokes and laughter to break out when some tiny top shows up. You know how women are....sheesh...she can't help it girls...jeez!
I think push up bras bring the appeal of wearing certain clothing sometimes but I do think that some people go overboard with them, especially when your boobs are up to your neck, which is just scary.

I wear regular bras and my boobs are up to my neck... the women in my family all have very 'high' breasts which is actually where I lucked out genetically.
I didn't read any responses, but my attitude towards anything is that eventually a woman will be in front of me without any adornments. If she is so unattractive that I can't stand her without makeup or a padded bra, then I probably shouldn't be involved with her in the first place. I prefer subtle (if any) adjustments to a woman's appearance. There are exceptions.
I have the same attitude towards vehicles. If I have to make lots of changes or add a bunch of things to a vehicle to make it enjoyable, I should have started with a different vehicle.
I have a saying. You are not officially a "boob man" until you are accepting of all boobs for what they are.
Big or Small I love them all!
Anybody who only likes big boobs is not a true boob man!
