Did the OP mean "looks" or "attractiveness?" I still look like I'm in my 20's according to the people around me. Buuut...I had an experience w/ someone's reaction to my over-the-hillness.
An older woman was expressing SHOCK at the fact that I'm over 35...She said something like "I was going to introduce you to my son...then I found out your age!!" Normally I don't care about my looks, but it is my first time being considered too old for something.
It's not rocket science. I can't see how anyone would be offended by that. To say that we start to lose looks at age 35 (or so) would probably be more accurate. The body (and mind) goes through a natural state of decline. From birth until about your 20's, your body is still undergoing processes of formation. Obviously, we get to a point where we begin to decline. I'm not sure what age that would be but I would think it would start in the 30's. From collagen production to brain activity- it's going to happen... Can't get too up and arms about it.
