I am really surprised that any senior would support obama, as they will experience a marked and serious decline in the availability and quality of their healthcare. I guess it shows that propaganda works and people will vote against their self interest if they are dumb enough.

Speaking of "hate"- she will "hate" obama when she can't get healthcare. However, at that time it will be too late. At that time, i am sure that obama will not give a damn.

Its kind of scary to hear that votes are in a box somewhere....

Well in an affluent area in Fla 5,000 voters came out to early vote at this one Library. I live in that area and was quite amazed to see the difference between the zeal of why people are voting for whom they are voting.

A good number of Republicans actually believe Obama is a communist. They believe honestly that he is a socialist. They truly feel he is bad for America. They will admit they dont know Romney's agenda, but believe and have faith its better than Obama.

The Obama supporters appear to be passionate and are standing with the President. There is a different energy that comes with when you believe in someone vs disliking your opponent and willing to take anyone in place of the one you dislike.

When there is good energy it is synergistic and that always prevails. It was funny to see blacks and whites talking in code to feel each other out to see who the other was going to vote for. At the end We saw obama supporters taking pics with each other, hugging and saying God bless you. I did the same.

As one elderly white woman said to me and my family in line with her veteran husband both supporting Obama, "hate will never prevail, history will repeat itself again and us uniting to re elect the President, i am proud to be a part of history once again" What a moment...

Regardless of whom you are voting for, know this, every election you have contributed to history itself What a great country. God Bless you, God bless President Obama and the First Family and God Bless the United States of America!!!
Great post! I think we may also see an unintended effect of the Repub voter suppression efforts. People may have been unenthusiastic due to economic woes, but they don't like being attacked at the same time. They may well get fired up to get out and vote because of those that tried to keep them from doing just that.

I voted at the election board office yesterday and my fellow Obama supporters were out in force. It was good to see reality vs media hype. I hope FL goes with the President.

I think that EVERY medicare patient will be shocked and desperate when they cannot find a physician that will treat them.

Of course people will be unhappy when they have a medicare plan that is essentially worthless, except for use in emergency care.

I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT PRIVATIZING AT ALL. What I am talking about is just keeping medicare the way it is NOW. Obamacare has mandated 30% cuts in medicare which go into effect Jan 1st. This is the only way that Obamacare can be paid for- cannibalizing medicare. We currently "break even" with medicare. When the cuts go into effect, we will lose money on every medicare patient and will have to drop it.

What will medicare patients be forced to do? Pay cash. I am sure they will be "thrilled", just like the ignorant woman in Florida who does not realize that Obama is her worst enemy.

early voting seems to be doing well everywhere. I will add one more thing: God Bless all the candidates, not just the ones I voted for...I wish them luck and Bless all those living on the East coast..again, not just the ones that agree with me...

Wow Bob-

Can you be any more delusional? I guess you didn't read the fine print. If you are on medicare and you are voting for Obama, you are voting to slit your own throat.

You need to read more.

Don't tell me you were unaware of this! EVERY medicare patient will have thier lives change for the worse if Obama is re-elected. It will be very tough for seniors. Of course, this should be on the front pages of the newspapers, yet the liberal press won't report on it.

What part of medicare will not change for those over 55 under Romney/Ryan plan do you not understand and do you realize, if you are senior you should, we are faced now, with examining our supplimentary ins each year and making decisions...
