I am very much against early voting. Why?

Because it has caused too many problems. It can lead to people casting multiple votes.

I also have a problem with Obama setting up early voting stands at his rallies so that people can vote right after they hear an uplifting speech by him. It seems like the people are brainwashed, then rushed to the early polls to vote.

Why can't we just set up more precincts and all vote on one day? What was the problem with that?

And make it easier for republicans to suppress legitimate voters?

In Colorado people cannot cast multiple votes because they are marked as having received the mail in ballot. How does that work in other states? If the polling precincts had enough machines (in working order) so that people don't have to wait in line for 3 or 4 hours, perhaps early voting wouldn't be necessary.

Nope, hopefully it has seen it's day in the near future. The inmates run the asylum and we KNOW they're thieves. If one can't make it to the polls once every few years with the exception of those overseas, **** em. Jefferson once said, The tree of liberty must from time to time be refreshed with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Somehow I think that time might be drawing near.

The inmates have run the asylum for 8 years. Now its time for them to be charged with war crimes and to don neat new orange jumpsuits.

I would hope that Cheney and Rumsfeld are the first to be waterboarded, as I'm sure millions of others are.

I dont know about early voting, but fraud in California is a BIG problem every election (usually in Hispanic areas). My aunt lives in a predominantly hispanic precinct, and these illegal aliens vote. You know how they do it? Because the poll-workers are hispanic (illegal alien sympathizers) who will actually hand the clipboard to the people so that they can search for their own name. Then the illegal aliens will just find a name that hasn't voted, claim that they are that person, and vote. The poll-workers know very well what they are doing when they hand the clipboard to the people to search for their name, so our elections are always hijacked.

Early voting is here to stay and the trend in that direction is accelerating.

Some estimates predict as many as 30 percent of voters will have already cast their ballots by the time Election Day arrives.

Early voting gives more time to make sure the votes are not fraudulent.
