why? it applies to every case in the US.

If he would produce a REAL birth certificate, none of this would be happening.
yet again, both the COLB and LFBC have been submitted in court in mississippi.

I noticed you didn't have much to say about the threats.
i didn't think more needed to be said. but, if you'd like me to expand........

we have no idea what "threat" was given to montgomery or by whom. we don't know if it was some dark sinister government agency threatening to give him a pedicure with bolt cutters or if it was his mother threatening to stop making him cookies for being stupid. what we do know is that both of the claims that montgomery was making, that NBC is defined by both parents being US citizens and the LFBC is a forgery, had both been previously heard in court........ and lost. if it truly was a threat to keep him quiet it came a little late in the game.
as for montgomery's claims, the "2 parent" theory is debunked in the ankeny v daniels decision and the "fake LFBC" was debunked with direct confirmation in this case from the hawaii department of health.

as for zullo's claim that the media was "threatened" into silence, that is contradicted by the fact that the media has covered the cold case posse investigation. here is a partial list of news outlets that have covered it:

Media blackout on Arizona Cold Case Posse | Obama Conspiracy Theories

Quote:
I pointed out to you that the man you adore gives phony "evidence."
first up, i've yet to say anything positive/negative about obama or his policies on this forum. if debunking ridiculous conspiracy theories automatically makes me an obama supporter then the conservative movement is in deep trouble.

next it is your contention that the evidence is "phony" despite confirmation from officials and lack of any qualified expert opinion.

Quote:
why do you bother to keep up with all that anyway?
A): fascination with the degrees of cognitive dissonance.

B): curious about the potential affect of internet rumors on future elections.

C): learning lessons in US law, history, politics and psychology.

D): morbid hobby.

Quote:
Maybe you're worried.
about what? obama v romney has about as much affect on my day to day life as pancakes v flap-jacks.

Darling, I've been a computer graphics pro since before Adobe bought Aldus, I'm not wrong, you are.

But I've stopped trying to educate birthers who insist the layers of a PDF made from a digital photo of the actual piece of paper is relevant (let alone definitive) to anything.

Willful ignorance can't be cured.

This is Obama's chance to be the bigger man and graciously meet the challenge to benefit whichever needy charity/charities he chooses.

Who thinks Obama will graciously put the needs of the less fortunate above his own ego?

Spoiler: I don't.

ooof. bettina viviano's claim. here's what it boils down to:

bill, a former POTUS, and his wife hillary, an active US senator, were so terrified about threats against their daughter that instead of going to secret service they blabbed about it in a conference call with a hollywood producer. hillary's fear continued so she accepted an extremely high position in the cabinet of the person threatening their daughter.

sounds reasonable.

an accusation you've repeated ad nauseam yet you've never stated exactly why. so, with your computer expertise, what do you believe is the most blatant digital proof that the LFBC is a forgery?

I'm just dying to hear the explanation about layers of pixilation that will ensue.

This is absolutely ridiculous, makes zero sense, and only people who have a dearth of brains cells could believe it. In other words, it's perfect birther logic.

Asking a graphics designer for proof of this is like asking a chef for proof that flour is not sugar. If you don't know computer graphics it would take me too long to explain it to you, but you can go to youtube and look it up or google it. There are many who explain it. I think there's one who pretends to prove otherwise, but it's illogical.
