The Republican have NOTHING to offer Black Americans in terms of seeing them as their social equals.
The fact your perception of the Democratic Party of treating Black Americans as victims speaks volumes.

NO ONE CARES about the black vote- NO ONE. Why?
1. Blacks will always vote democratic, regardless of the candidate
2. Blacks will never vote republican, regardless of the candidate
3. Politicians will "pander" to groups from whom they want to secure votes. In doing so, they will promote issues important to that group.
4. Given that the black vote is completely within democratic hands, NEITHER PARTY will ever put forward policy or campaign money to "recruit" the black vote.
Therefore the black vote is completely irrelevant to BOTH PARTIES. Funny how they have painted themselves into that corner.
By and large, in 2008 the African-American community proved they aren't qualified to vote.
Well, I guess it is a good thing I am black and not an African American. But on the same hand, since their community is your community, since we are all americans, I guess that would mean you are not qualified to vote.
This is an interesting piece of history. Not that it will make a difference now.
Blacks mostly voted Republican from after the Civil War and through the early part of the 20th century. That’s not surprising when one considers that Abraham Lincoln was the first Republican president, and the white, segregationist politicians who governed Southern states in those days were Democrats.
The Democratic Party didn’t welcome blacks then, and it wasn’t until 1924 that blacks were even permitted to attend Democratic conventions in any official capacity. Most blacks lived in the South, where they were mostly prevented from voting at all.

Sadly for them, I guess they don't realize Obama has done absolutely nothing to improve the lives of blacks, let alone Americans. But let them keep doing the same thing expecting different results. Its their loss
