Chevy is actually small for a Corgi according to our vet,and based on some other Corgis I've seen. Thankfully he doesn't have weight issues so far,and we're going to try and keep it that way.
Ha! Fooled by the scale.

Some of my older pics aren't showing up anymore. I may load some more recents picture of him later on tonight! The vast majority of comments my wife and I have received in this thread have been wonderful! Thanks again for your kind remarks and compliments!
Thank you. He looks so much like my "Sam", Sam was such a wonderful dog. He was a Corgi/Bassett mix. Just a big bean bag chair for kids....who he was always trying to "herd". Thirteen of the happiest years of my life...

Give Chevy a spoonful of peanut butter for me, in memory of Sam.

As I have said every time I post,Chevy continues to be a blessing to us. He's just awesome! Thanks again to everyone for their kind thoughts and words.

I took this pic a month or so ago after he had been groomed. My wife and I really like it. The groomer put the bandana on him,and it actually lasted for a pretty good little bit.

I just wanted to do one of my periodic updates on Chevy by telling all of you that he is 5 years old today!!!

It's so hard to believe he's 5 already! He continues to be a blessing to my wife and I,and I hope he has many more years of healthy living ahead of him. He still looks like a pup!

We love him so much, and thanks to all of you for letting me continue to update you on Chevy's life. The best part of it is that Chevy loves us just as much or more as we love him.

Thanks so much both of you! Glad to hear about Sherm, and many more. Abbara, you should get another one some day!

The first picture is from a few weeks ago. He's an inside dog,and he wanted back in!

The 2nd pic is from the last trip he and my wife made to Sonic. My wife called it "yappy hour",and I thought that was pretty cool. It shows his great smile.
