The Primal Blueprint diet is MUCH easier for me, and I don't feel nearly as deprived as I did when I went on a 1,200 calories a day diet.
Oh, and btw, I am not saying that the Primal Blueprint diet would work for everyone, but
so far, it is working for
me. Again, my view about diets is "whatever works for
you".
