These people are dangerous, they are abusing animals right now...but eventually that wont be enough for them anymore and they will move up to children, elderly, women.
I grew up on a dairy farm. My father loved his cows and treated them well as they were our bread and butter. That is why I just don't understand why some operations would treat their animals like this. Just doesn't make sense to me.
My first job as a young teen was on a farm, and I recall the animals being treated like they were the owner's children. I don't understand this behavior either.
I also won't watch the video, but I thank the OP for posting this as Fairlife milk will never pass my lips or even my front door. I agree completely that people who will treat animals this way won't hesitate to treat humans the same if the opportunity arises. I think they're sick.
It seems that this might have been staged by ARM, and according to the article I just read the police are investigating a claim that some of the individuals in the video are actually members of ARM.

The Newton County Sheriff’s Office of Indiana is currently investigating the incident.
“We acknowledge the need for humane treatment of animals and the need to hold individuals that have gone beyond an acceptable farm management practice accountable for their actions,” a spokesperson for the sheriff’s office told TODAY.
“We have requested the names and identifiers of those terminated for animal cruelty by Fair Oaks Dairy Farms. We will also be seeking the identity of the witness to the alleged crimes that failed to report this activity for some time.” https://www.today.com/food/fairlife-dairy-products-pulled-store-shelves-amid-animal-cruelty-controversy-t155783
