The past few days have been too cold to swim. What a pity we are going from one extreme to the other. It's definitely the time now to do your lawn care and gardening. It's very dry though, hopefully the heat wave will bring some rain from T'storms.

It'll be warm, it'll be muggy, but...

Yes,...been watching them go from 88 to 91 now 94.... Sometimes I wonder if they see the models I see...I been saying 100 for weeks now.

It will definetly feel like over 100 and we sure might break a record somewhere. Forget the lawn....take care of yourself and elderly. Lawns wont exist in the near future here unless they come out with heat resistant lawns.

Poles are shifting...we're going to be the new Florida. Get your Palm Trees ready.

Where did you see that?

To those of you not used to this kind of heat ...If you have kids play in the hose spray them and then let them chase you with it. Great fun and keeps you cool. Slip-n-slides are only $10, squirt some dish soap for added speed, and water balloons are fun too . Don't forget the sunblock, and reapply!

Right now...places on the West Coast like LA and San Fran are almost 30 F cooler. They were right…looks like old fashioned summer on the East Coast this year folks.
