Yup... So here's Bridgeport Avg Monthly temps since records began..

Only 2 times March was colder than January (1950, 1957)

Only 3 times March was colder than February (1960, 1984, 2017)

15 times March was colder than December

From 1980 to 2012 (32 yrs) Only 5 had a March colder than a winter month.
Then 2013-2017, 5 yrs in a row did.

There was a long period between 1985 -1996 that March was warmer than all the winter months

No wonder why we been tired of cold March's lately.. This shows why

February Avg Temperature Departure since 2009

2014 & 2015 stand out as well as 2017 & 2018
Note the legend in 2015 goes to 20, not 10.

So far in 2023 we are 2+ above normal except for Northern New England

Looks like for Connecticut 5 of these were normal, 7 were above normal, 3 below normal.

Getting flashbacks of 2012 when everything bloomed like 3 weeks early

Tulips coming up mid February.
About 1 month too early

No doubt about it, things *are* changing. Article from today's Boston Globe about New England winters.
