We'll see. Not what the forecasts are saying.

Need a public webcam in norwalk if anyone knows of one! I see one overlooking the water but it's choppy

You can see it on the radar...problem with forecasting is somewhere its always right...but if not where you are its a miss..This just went a little more west than expected. Western CT should still see some decent sustained wind..rain ..no factor

Look at the radar. lol. Not much rain coming. As was expected (from 36hrs ago) because of the position of the storm. Not much rain right now north of Trenton. We'll get a couple of waves off the ocean coming in.

But with that push north and storms spinning counter clockwise we'll get that "push" of wind. The strongest winds aloft are still in Central NJ

I just had a 32mph gust

How does Stamford get only 35 mph gusts when everywhere else is 20+ mph more?

Don't like seeing wind damage reports as this thing moves closer. It's holding its own,.

Storm center over Philly now.

Lots of wind damage reports from NJ and NYC area now. LGA 55mph+ gusts.

Not much rain south of NYC. Power outages going up. My gusts are more frequent now above 25mph with waves of rain coming in.

Over 1 million without power so far
