Snow Total Reports from CT only. Note the time of the report. If there's updates I'll repost tonight.

Wow at Northern Fairfield as Lalalally was proving! Thanks all you guys for the reports and posts!

Here are just a couple others from other states nearby. Philly got more than NYC. No surprise given that band was stuck there for more time.

Use these links to see all other reports. Note some same counties saw such crazy gradients.

Snow reports from NWS Philly
Snow reports from NWS NY
Snow reports from NWS Albany
Snow reports from NWS Boston

I haven’t been on the roads as we are blocked in by trees, but I understand Monroe is a huge mess. Most of rt 25 is without power.

First...

2-6am loop. Looks like it just ended past couple hours for Eastern half of CT. Storm off the coast of Maine now.

I found that incredible too (and more so the "only" 1.7" that LGA claims) although in southern Westchester it was mostly sticking to grass (a little bit to cars and streets but you could still see a little blacktop) until almost dark when it started to really kick up, so I guess there's something to it.

Trains are completely messed up this morning. 50% capacity, very reduced schedule, New Canaan and Danbury suspended.

Between 10-11.5" here, and that was at 9:30am so I'm sure it was compacted. Heavy as hell. Dogwood is sitting on my wires but nothing has broken. Maple survived but I think I lost the top of the evergreen. Hope it warms up enough to melt the branches soon.

I heard the same thing... Monroe is a mess... no power to half the town and everywhere you go, roads are closed.
