-4° here and yesterday was a record since having this station and software in 2011.

I stopped loading the stove, just insane how much its using, but more insane is the heat only taking like 5 minute breaks without being on. Gonna clean stove out AGAIN (everyday) and start it up in couple hours.

Cambium, Apologies, I'm sure lots of people have already asked already...what is the name/model of your home weather station? (software says "Cumulus"...?)

Thanks!

Went outside to get the paper. That was a mistake. Should have left it out there. My lungs still hurt.

It's crazy to see how low these temps are.

Yup..It's Free.. I donated to the owner a little $$ because he's in the forum helping everyone and replying to all questions.

Here's the main page.. The download is there, FAQs, and forum. It's my favorite software. It stores the data and even puts it into a monthly breakdown similar to NWS. Just make sure it works with your station though.

Lets come back to this post when we are in the heat of summer and sweating from the Oppressive humidity..

Current Dew points... What's that word?.... Bone Dry!

-19° below zero in Danbury and Hartford.
-13° below at the coast.
-11° at Islip

And the 7am temps this morning.. (not the actual lows)

I think the question was about the hardware, not the software. I clarify only because I'm interested in upgrading at some point

Oh thanks. It's this inexpensive simple but good enough station.

Not available right now through amazon.. Any station will do really.. Just make sure it has all the features you want. Wind speed, direction, dews, rain gauge, ect. Now they have a little solar panel that comes with to prevent so many battery replacements through the years.

Ambient Weather site has bunch of them.

Thanks!

Might have a new data set to compare to soon... Been thinking of slapping one on the roof.
