6 in a row for BDL. 10 times in last 14 days.

Bridgeport temps this month on left. BDL on right.

Only 2-3 days this month the max temp has been at or below normal. Wrong month to be above normal darn it! Is it over yet?

BDL's longest stretch of 90+ days in a row is 10 set July 24 - August 2, 1995. But I have a feeling tomorrow won't get to 90 and a new stretch will start after that (though NWS thinks rain on Thursday will keep BDL below 90)

No, NWS just changed forecast for it to be super-hot Friday thru Sunday (maybe beyond but Sunday is the furthest they are showing). OKX is showing mid-upper 90s for most of their zones and in NYC somewhat rare lows of 80 or above (until this morning they were talking low 90s for that period and mid-70s lows). For BDL, BOX hasn't totally bought into that yet and is going for a still hot mid-90s during the stretch (but given what you noted and I have seen in the past about BDL having more 90+ days that most of the region, including NYC (except for maybe EWR), if metro NYC sees temps closer to 100 I would assume BDL will as well.

I was almost wrong about the streak ending today, BDL got to 89 (with an almost desert-ish 27% humidity at the point of high temperature). Though NWS still thinks worst case their streak would've ended in the rain this coming Thursday then start up again. A lot of talk in some other forums I'm in about NYC and Hartford possibly hitting 100 on Saturday....
