Lolol! Its called aging. but dont worry, if its a big snowstorm at night I'll be posting.

New GFS. Is this gonna be the theme? #LastMinuteChanges?

Little sneaky coastal storm forms Monday night off MD. Cold enough for snow. We'll have to see how much precip is available

This frame is for Tuesday lunchtime so would be snowing during the day

Some leftover pictures from the snowstorm that I forgot to share.

Freezing rain at the 10:00 PM OBS! Thought the gauge felt weird when I grabbed it in the dark. Turned the phone light on and boom...

A look inside

This next one is from today. Remember that Norway Maple I was talking about earlier? Leaves are still green!
Edit - image not loading. Grr. I'll fix it later.

More November snow to fall. It's common to snow in November but obviously not this many times or this much. lol

Mostly north of the coast this time. Light stuff. Weak front tonight then a weak coastal low tomorrow night.

Someone here questioned why Norfolk gets so much snow. Should be obvious given their location and many times their snow ratio is higher so more snow falls on little precip.

Happy to start this graphic again. Sucks about BDR. Islip is +4.2 above normal for the season so they didn't make the list.

Hartford made the list!

TOP 30 locations in the U.S that are above normal with season snowfall.

Caribou is #1 with 24.5" of snow for the season which is 18.5" above normal to date.

Hartford is 16th most being 7.1" above normal with 7.9" for the season

NYC is 17th spot being 6.4" above normal (All NYC sites on the list)

St Louis on the list as well.

I'd like to see us on a "below normal" list for a few years!

I just realized today... Boston as well. Nobody measured there so they recorded it as a Trace? WTF? It's almost like they're doing it on purpose so stats wont show there was snow around. lol.

Hmmm, or maybe they didn't according to other totals around them. Any webcams that proved this wrong?

That was a LOOOOOONNNNNGGGGG time ago!!

Did someone say the average snowfalls were updated every decade vs every year?

I think this chart is very inaccurate if you consider the past few years.
