Any guesses on how the extended rain will change the snowfall total for SW CT along the coast?

ETA: still no snow falling in Westport at 4:10am

No snow in Wilton at 4:30. A bit of wintry mix though. Temps are still above freezing.

Should be snowing now. Conditions get worse as day goes on and temps will fall during the day. I wouldn't venture out today.. At least not south of 84?

Steady snow fairly good size flakes. Roads are coated but it looks like schools and such are being hesitant and not calling delays or closing in an appropriate time. People are already up and getting about their days, it would be nice if they could say that decisions are all made by X time so yor not constantly having to check.

Fresh 8-16" Snowpack in Kentucky. Look at those reports. Wow! Almost done there now.

Everyone is snow to east coast except Atlantic City points south right now. Temps need to keep pushing to crash down there. Everyone else is snow.

Lots of moisture still around from Texas! This is an all morning and lunchtime snow thing for us. (maybe not Litchfield)

Whats amazing is all that rain and within minutes the snow stuck to the liquid wet ground at 33°F. It's all about the rate of fall.

Most of CT is work and school day. Just the Southern end is going to be rough snow day. NWS Boston has just 1-2" for Hartford, Windham, and Tolland.
