Some intense cells out there now. Thunderstorm warning expanded into NW Litchfield County. A line is bowing out in PA heading to Altoona.

Temps and radar. My garden is bolting.

No ripe tomatoes yet but everything is bolting out there. Picked a few cucumbers and peppers.

I have no idea why you're being obtuse here. If you're claiming that NWS doesn't ever say 100% chance, you're grossly mistaken.

huh?

Of course they say its 100 percent at times.. I am refuting the statement you made that they said it was 100 percent last night for todays forecast.

Wow! Those storms to our North just exploded. Be careful out there and take all warnings seriously. Lots of warnings popping up just north us. National Weather Service thinks from now until this evening southern portions of CT are going to get in on the action.

I didnt see the forecast you saw but with the current setup I cant imagine a gauranteed forecast. Maybe 10%? It's not often to see a 100% forecast. In fact, "scattered" was the key thing today so there's no way of knowing where it would happen. Maybe it said 100% scattered?

Thanks. Late start but maybe this heat surge is making up for lost ground.
