Well when yer showing pictures of ski resorts I know there is nothing on the horizon weather-wise My gut is that's it for snow. Long term showing nothing. After this cold air bubble burst I think we head toward spring. Maybe get one cold air system with a mix of rain/snow but...about it.

Ironically the cold air bubble burst (or more accurately the strong high pressure it represents) may be what keeps us from getting a snowstorm next Wed/Thurs as it suppresses the storm south.

LOL. Next I'll show the few dirty piles of snow thats left. LOL

Actually storm brewing for next week I've been watching for past 2 days. Euro now 6 in a row. GFS caught on. DGEX has it. CMC has it. All started exiting at North Carolina but since there is so mch blocking this thing has trended north. Which means we're in the game for snow now. Wenesday-Thursday. Latest Euro has 6-12 inches. But since we're still so far out, I figure its not worth mentioning yet.

Once the system enters the west, we'll know more. (by sunday)

That is not what I wanted to hear, I'm so tired of walking the dogs in the snow. I just want it to go away, and see bulbs popping up. I see above freezing temps during the day for the next week though, is that about right?

Yeah, count me among the snow lovers but I'm ready to hit the Farmington Valley bike trails. Past 5 years I've been able to start around Mar 15...hope that's true this year too.

I wrote it before I saw the new run giving us a good chance at it again.....

By the way, Feb. was BELOW NORMAL in both Central Park and Bridgeport. CPK --> 33.9, 1.4 below normal, BDR --> 31.3, 1.1 below normal

Hartford/Bradley was slightly below normal --> 29.2, 0.5 below normal as was Boston/Logan --> 31.2, 0.5 below normal.

All were a lot more below normal until the surge of 40s and near 50 this week.
