Was just at Prime and had a great burger. Quality was great. Only thing dripping was the "juices" from the beef. Awesome. Was a step above the also good burger I had at Max Burger a few weeks ago.

Meatball House has inconsistency issues. Mostly temperature and dryness related.

How busy was it?

I went to SBC in Milford a few weeks ago and found their beef to be more lean, juicy and tasty than Prime.

I agree on Meatball House. Give me a homemade meatball over that crap anyday.

I'm never a fan of the "choose your own meal" thing like at Meatball House. I want the chef to put things together that work, not just say "go nuts" and I end up with something that is gross.

Maybe that appeals to a different type of person though?

They do make the meatballs from scratch. Their problem is turnover and the fact that meatballs don't store/sit well. It's almost always better there when it's busy.

Prime 16 was super busy. Always is for dinner since I've been going there for the past 3 years, no matter the day.

Oh I'm aware that they make their meatballs from scratch. They just aren't out of this world. They're good, not great. Every time I've been there they have been crazy busy.

And re: Prime, yeah they're always busy. Like I said their burgers used to be better, but they have gone way downhill IMO. Food is very subjective though and I prefer less greasy meals.

Maybe the one in Orange will be better. Or maybe not.

Stylo - thought of you the other night as we went long at Lao Sze Chuan. My in-laws are in from Asia - even they agreed it was top notch.

Enjoy the weekend, folks.
