Some of it...I like the path from 264 to 43 which is the critical section IMO. The path from 43 to the Southwest bypass I think should go between Ayden and Winterville and connect north of Ayden to the bypass....there is just no reason to be south of Ayden for the loop, but I understand why they wanted to bypass Ayden for the Southwest bypass. The northeast section is the least priority and may never really be necessary.
That map was made like in 2004, so I'm trying to find a very recent one. and the western part of the beltline is wider than that.
