It also doesn't have a pharmacy so space would have to be cut out for that.
Lowe's Foods does not operate any pharmacies at the moment. Three former Lowe's Foods stores sites in North Carolina that Publix will open new stores will have pharmacies.
Lowe's Foods is closing and a friend that worked there told me that someone was lined up to lease the building once everything was cleared. So maybe that will happen here?

This would be an interesting lead.
Two Lowe's Foods stores that closed in Gastonia and Cary had Publix as the next tenant immediately. I am not saying Publix will replace Lowe's Foods #204 at Lynncroft as there are several possibilities for the vacancy after store 204 closes.
Forty-nine thousand five hundred ninety-four square feet is adequate space for a Publix store.
I noticed Lowe's Foods Stores, Incorporated owns the building in the link provided. Could the building be up for sale also with the buyer intent to occupy it?

According to the tax record, they don't own it. The whole shopping center is one parcel.
