Missed this from a couple weeks ago. Is it me or does it feel like this project has moved exponentially fast? Which is good because the torn facade looked hideous, but the finished product will be a showstopper.

Seems like a logical renovation. The author of the blog though, while I realize the material is intended to be speculative in nature, seems to just throw enough at the wall in the hope that something will stick.

This accolade is spot on. While local elected officials seem to fail us time and time again, private industry is what needs to drive Cleveland forward. The synergy at work in Mr. Moreno's Blockland has really impressed me.

Accolades to anybody with drive to succeed. As for blockchain transactions, they may not be sustainable using the current technology. https://cleantechnica.com/2018/12/08...eport-excerpt/

Newer algorithms and regulations may make blockchain more sustainable. But the fundamental problem may remain, the consumption of power required to make money in its purest form (consuming very large amounts of power without generating any useful product for society, threatening the cost and ethical use of power.)
