Am I the only one thinking this should be stickied and not the relocation thread since we are only allowed 2? Hate to see this thread get lost...

Yep, and this thread is fairly active. Updates almost daily... At least weekly.

And that's exactly why I removed the sticky - this thread is active, it gets bumped up constantly. It doesn't need a sticky as it almost never leaves the front page.

I understood the magnitude of nuCLEus but had no idea from looking at the massing the main tower would be so tall. Would be the 3rd tallest in the city once completed, surpassing 200 Public Square (658 feet).

This is the type of new development we knew was coming with all the rehabs going on downtown. Very good news for the city!

The "gig city" is a good deal and worth doing on it's own; but, as a competitive advantage, it won't last for long.

Concerning the nuCLEus project;there is a bit of conflicting info...one report had the tower being the third tallest building in Cleveland, while another had it being up to 500 feet, making it a few ft. shorter than Erieview Tower;thus making it the fifth tallest building.Just thought I'd point that out.

On the subject of tall buildings,it would be nice to see Cleveland put up twin or even triplet towers as apartments, ala Chicago's Marina Towers put up in the sixties. That would solve a lot of the demand for a while and vastly increase the population of downtown in one fell swope!! What ya think? Is it just my imagination running away with me?!

Or an updated version of Cleveland's 1970s Reserve Square high-density development.
