More of that no man's lane E 9th Street being redeveloped with the Huntington Bldg conversion; one of the largest office buildings in the CBD.

Can anything on E 6th Street match the size of the Huntington Bldg., pal? That's 1.3 million square feet at E 9th & Euclid with a bank lobby still considered to be one of the largest in the world.

What projects have the ''investors'' you mentioned decided to proceed with that will transform E 6th Street into Cleveland's north-south spine?

Not enough being made of this: a bike share program that isn't tax payer/state funded and seems way more efficient than any other program in the country (is there a connection between the two? hmmm...). This is how bike share programs should be done.

Besides, the North end of E9th is terrible to walk down and then over to the lake, hence the need for a pedestrian bridge. I think ctown is right, East/West is Euclid, with E6th being the new South to North laneway. I've heard this echoed by others at city planning meetings as well. It does make the most sense.
E 6th will be the new south-north laneway; E 9th Street is downtown's north-south street-spine. I never said E6th Street would not be laneway since it will make a great laneway. Big difference between a ''laneway'' and a major street like E 9th Street. East-West has always been Euclid Avenue, no brainer there.

How did you come up with 450' given the size of the project? Must be the separate apartment building of 650 units.
