Just heard from a good source that 515 Euclid aka "The Beacon" will begin construction on May 1st. Workers could be seen on site today getting prepped for construction. Very exciting times in the CLE!

Side note: after working the past 1 1/2 yrs in DC, I am amazed at the changes. Visited edgewater park and couldnt believe all the new housing, apartments and condos on the bluff south of the west shoreway.
And of course university circle and the Cleveland clinic areas are building like crazy! So good to be home.
