Now, does this sound like an opinion, or a fact? Between the two you try to make it a fact, which it is not. If i said "Chicago is not Beautiful, it just extends along the lakeshore" don't you think that's not really expressing an opinion rather just trying to state a fact
It's an opinion (-.-). If you said Chicago isn't beautiful, it just stretches across the lake shore. I would say, what do you call Manhattan which ISN'T beautiful (in my opinion) and stretches along the Hudson/Atlantic.

Its tradition that's kept NYC at its number one spot for all these years. Hate to break it to you, but NYC is fading. Time to let everyone else shine.
