If it were separated in tiers I would vote like this
Tier 1(the big 4): Houston
Tier 2 (lbetween 2-4 million): Charlotte (go by CSA)
Tier 3(below 1-2 million): Richmond or Tulsa
Tier 4 (below 1 million): Columbia

I agree with this. Although I would say that Winston-Salem is about even with Columbia, and maybe just a little taller. Atlanta and Houston are about even to me, with Houston coming out on top overall.
