I'm not sure what you have been told, but Williams Tower (and no other tower in Houston) is taller than BofA Tower. Not at the roof and not at the Spire. In fact, the spire could be chopped off of BofA and it would STILL be taller than anything in Houston. But instead, I'm in favor of keeping it. It's pretty and kind of like a giant, extend, certain Falange
The actual roof without the pyramid and spire is 950 feet. The pyramid is actually girders that was placed on top of the building.

lol it s funny how that Cuban guy posts a few buildings from our Skyline and calls it the Houston Skyline.
