Our decisions and actions matter. Do we have free will? Yes, mitigated by all of the laws, strictures, customs, expectations, requirements and taboos in the air in society.

It would not be possible for me to " love my neighbor " without free will.
If it was not my will, it would not be love.
Your will or my will naturally can never do that, it must be done perfectly at all times for it to be acceptable to God, its the 2nd greatest commandment of the Law under the first which is this Matt 22:35-40
35 Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying,
36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Now can your own freewill do that perfectly ?
Can I love perfectly?
On my own unaided freewill?
Absolutely not.
Not sure what that has to do with my freewill.
Is there a living human being.who perfectly does what God commands?
The will of the flesh, continues to war with the will of God.
I take full responsibility for my will.
God is not my scapegoat.
BTW, could you define " duh "
You don’t believe Jesus died for your sins?
