Anybody see the article on Charlotte.com?

I know we have a few people here that live their. Any info besides the little that was posted over there?

Said they have someone in custody. Wonder if it was domestic, etc..

It was scary. The victim was a subcontractor working on a house under construction. The shooter was waiting for him when he arrived in the bushes of the house across the street. When the man got out of his truck, the guy jumped out and shot him 3 times, leaving his partner unharmed. The shooter jumped into his SUV, which had been parked across the street the whole time. The victim (!!!) jumped back into the truck, revved the engine and rammed the front of the shooter's SUV. The shooter put the SUV in reverse and backed up the whole block to the corner, then took off up the street towards Providence Rd. The victim got out of the truck and collapsed.
We heard that the victim knew the shooter, so this was NOT a random thing.

Is the same Jimmy Hitchcock that played at UNC and was a Carolina Panther?

60,000 bond for attempting to kill someone.... are you serious? This is why our city is being overrun by crime. Because they get a slap on the wrist and released.
