My husband and I were very interested in buying a home over in Cureton III by M/I homes. Well, just last week M/I pulled all of the info for this community from their website and closed the model (I know the model just went on the market). I've tried calling over to the M/I office in Cureton I & II, but Lorie, the agent over there, won't return any of my phone calls. Anyone have some information as to what has happened over there?

Sounds to me like M/I pulled out of that development. Not that uncommon these days, unfortunately.

My wife and I were just looking at houses in Ardrey Crest last weekend - the original builder (DR Horton) pulled out of that neighborhood after only 7 or 8 homes had been built. Luckily, Saussy Burbank has come in and taken over that neighborhood.

Yes, M/I has pulled all of their marketing information for Cureton III. Currently putting that section on "hold" for 30 days...potentially restructuring their price point and/or product offering. MI does still have inventory in Cureton I and II. Also, Cunnane Group has a section in there - great builder and unique homes...recommend looking at their site!

Best of luck to you!!!
