Thanks in advance.

I talked to Stephan and the sales staff is moving to the clubhouse on April 15th. I'm very excited, can't wait to meet you all.

Default Young Couple Buying

My wife and I have purchased one of the Condos. We are in our 20's and excited to move in. To answer the crime, the condos require a key to even get in the building and the community is gated. Plus, the area of Archdale it is being built on is getting much, much better

Congratulations!

We just got our notice that building will start soon on our place. Anyway, do you know what changes are happening on Archdale? I see some work being done near the creek and developed land for sale called Arbor Creek.

Also, does anyone know if/when the greenway will be developed near us? city council recently had a meeting where the developers talked about the greenway, but it was only about the parts near uptown. And even those parts won't all be complete until 2010!

It is great to read all the excitement that is building around PSS. My wife and I bought a Holbrook back in January and are 3 weeks from closing (FYI: We were told late april/early may closing and were delayed by about 2-3 weeks) We are both 20-30, and know of two other couples in the same range that bought as well.

Has anyone moved in yet? What is your experience with Ryan post-settlement? What is your experience with your new neighbors.

I closed last Friday on a Holbrook. I have been pleased with Ryan and The Project Manager. My dishwasher doesn't work and I called the customer service person with Ryan and the project manager called me 10 min later and we set up a time to troubleshoot the problem and then he called GE to get it handled.

Two of my neighbors have moved in and they are very nice, and same age range 20-30s...

As a first time buyer, I have been pleased with Ryan from top to bottom.

Did you try flipping the switch in your kitchen that does not seem to work anything? My dishwasher appeared to be broken at first until I flipped the phantom switch. In my unit its the middle switch over the sink.
