Has anyone heard of "Parking Issues" in the new sub-division off Archdale. Its seems very crowded there with not much of the place developed. Do they have a HOA as of yet?
I live in Park South Station as well, and to update this forum, parking issues have been resolved. We now are required to use our garages (which everyone should have been) and the streets are one-way with street parking. They have a towing company that works with the HOA if anyone is improperly parked. I like it because it holds everyone accountable
I live in PSS. You can park in desigated on street parallel striped spots or at the clubhouse. There are some areas that have ample parking and some that don't depending on which part of the community you are in.
I was at the clubhouse yesterday meeting a client. There was some sort of realtor meeting going on but there were still plenty of spaces.
