I don't think there were many issues with the quality of the beazer homes, the complaints were on how they handled their mortgage side of the business. Very unethical practices.
And now they have pulled out of charlotte completely leaving partially built subdivisions behind. I really hope it works out for those that live in the neighborhoods that were left incomplete. Hopefully a quality builder will step in and purchase the property otherwise who knows what will happen to those communities.
