Mallard Lake Subdivison - near concord mills - M/I Homes

Any inputs - experiences on this subdivision and this builder? We are interested in single family homes in this community.

All I can tell you is that I like MI homes - had one myself years ago and always thought they built very attractive plans.

This subdivision is very near where I85 and I485 merge so I would wonder how noisy it might be.

There is a brand new (2010) elementary school right nearby which would appeal to me if I had young kids.

Spend some time there at various times of the day and night to get a feel for what it's like to live there

Used to live in one of the Beazer houses in Mallard Lake, was a great area when I first moved in, then it all went to crap with the Beazer fiasco. So many different builders killing the price points on the houses. I got the hell out before it totally tanked. Like loves said spend some time to get a real feel for what is going on there.

Thanks LovesMountains and Ivster. I did drive by the community on Sunday, even with nice weather I didn't see any people in the community, couldn't figure a thing about the community. My wife suggested that we revisit sometime this week or weekend. Hopefully I get to learn li'l about the mix of people living there and the traffic during peak hours.
