Does anyone here actually live in Gilead Ridge sub? What is the overall vibe in the community? There are a lot of homes but I dont see many people around. Is there a lot a family activity here or do people tend to keep to themselves?

So for a newer home (2000 and up) between $250-325K what subdivisions should I check out?

Check Centennial,Vermillion,Rosedale etc etc....
